This is a part-time practice.  Currently operated less than one day per week.  Seller has another full-time practice in Burbank and cannot sacrifice the time to maintain this practice.  The office has a history of significantly greater production with more time committed to the practice.  The seller does no marketing, does not work evenings or weekends, no HMO and no Denti-Cal.  The staff commutes from the Burbank practice and would not be staying with a buyer.  The office has four equipped operatories with two new dental chairs.  It is computerized with Eaglesoft software and digital x-rays.
