Long established practice with great corner location in Burbank was recently purchased by the current seller.  Due to family medical needs, the practice must be sold.  Current collections, and historical collections, are $1.9M on five days per week of associate time with nine days of hygiene per week, 2-3 days per month with a periodontist and one day per month with an endodontist.   Seller has been working one day per week until three months ago when family matters became more pressing.  The net income is in excess of $700,000 per year.  The practice does no marketing, does not accept HMO or Denti-Cal and is not open evenings or weekends.  There are seven equipped operatories, five of which have new equipment.
